- 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 5 to 8 chicken breasts
- 1 bag nacho chips
- 9 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Boil chicken and debone; break up into strips.

2Put tomatoes, soup, bell pepper and onion together and heat (good to simmer about 5 minutes).

3Put about half a bag of chips on the bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

4Add chicken and pour mixture on top. Add grated cheese.

5Cook for 1 hour at 350°.
