- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cans tomatoes
- 2 pounds Velveeta

1Soften the cream cheese. Drain tomatoes, reserving some juice to help make smooth. We use 1 can tomatoes to 1 package of cream cheese. If this is too hot, use 2 packages to 1 can.

2You may also make it using Velveeta and keep hot in a fondue pot. Both are great for all kinds of chips and vegetables.
