  • 16 ounces Velveeta cheese
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans Rotel tomatoes & chilies (20 oz. total)
  • 12-1 lb ground beef, browned (optional)

Directions

    Cut Velveeta into cubes.

    Combine in crockpot with remaining ingredients and let melt all together.

    Alternately, you may melt Velveeta in the microwave.

    When nearly melted add cans of Rotel.

    Continue to microwave for a couple of minutes, stirring very often, until all cheese is melted.

    If you want to add the meat, don't forget to brown it, breaking it up and draining it first.

    Then add.

    Serve dip with any tortilla chips.
