- 16 ounces Velveeta cheese
- 2 (10 ounce) cans Rotel tomatoes & chilies (20 oz. total)
- 12-1 lb ground beef, browned (optional)
Directions

1Cut Velveeta into cubes.

2Combine in crockpot with remaining ingredients and let melt all together.

3Alternately, you may melt Velveeta in the microwave.

4When nearly melted add cans of Rotel.

5Continue to microwave for a couple of minutes, stirring very often, until all cheese is melted.

6If you want to add the meat, don't forget to brown it, breaking it up and draining it first.

7Then add.

8Serve dip with any tortilla chips.
