Rotel Green Beans

  • 2 cans green beans
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3 strips bacon

Directions

    Drain green beans.

    Pour 1 can into a 2-quart casserole dish. Slice onion into rings.

    Mix cream of mushroom soup and Ro-Tel tomatoes together.

    Pour 1/2 of soup mixture over the beans. Place 1/2 of the onion on top and sprinkle with half the grated cheese.

    Add the second can of green beans and repeat layers of soup mixture, onion and grated cheese.

    Top with bacon slices. Bake at 325° to 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
