- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 8 to 10 small potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. onion flakes
- 1/4 stick butter
Directions

1Slice potatoes thin; place in baking dish.

2Sprinkle with salt, pepper and onion flakes and cut up butter on top of potatoes.

3Mix Ro-Tel and soups together.

4Pour over potatoes.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until tender.
