  • 1 large fryer, cooked and chopped
  • 2 (5 oz.) small noodles
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 can Ro-Tel
  • 1 can English peas
  • 1 lb. Velveeta

    Saute onion and pepper in broth.

    Add mushrooms and Ro-Tel, simmer.

    Cook noodles, drain and mix all ingredients except cheese.

    Add cheese last.
