- 2 (5 oz.) small noodles
- 1 large onion
- 1 large bell pepper
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 can Ro-Tel
- 1 can English peas
- 1 lb. Velveeta
Directions

1Saute onion and pepper in broth.

2Add mushrooms and Ro-Tel, simmer.

3Cook noodles, drain and mix all ingredients except cheese.

4Add cheese last.
