- 16 oz. pkg. rotini macaroni, cooked, drained and cooled
- 3 carrots, grated
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 8 oz. grated cheese (Mozzarella or Cheddar)
- 1 pkg. frozen peas (just thawed, not cooked)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix salad ingredients all together.

2Mix the dressing ingredients together and pour over the rest.

3Mix all together. Make this salad several days before serving so that the flavors blend.
