  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 (8 oz.) bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing (sage)
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 c. melted butter

    Cook spinach; drain well.

    Mix ingredients together and add spinach.

    Roll into balls and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Can be frozen for later use.
