- bacon
- chopped onions
- 2 c. water
- beef bouillon
Directions

1Pound steaks until they are 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick. Salt, pepper and season with paprika.

2Put 1 slice of bacon and chopped onions on each steak and roll up. Secure with a toothpick.

3Fry in oil or butter, then add 2 cups water and bouillon.

4Let cook 2 hours. This is very good served with mashed potatoes or noodles.
