- 1/2-inch slices top sirloin roast, not cooked
- 1/2 c. chopped raw bacon
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. finely chopped dill pickle
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
Directions

1Pound meat slices with steak mallet.

2Spread mustard thinly over meat.

3Sprinkle with salt, pepper, pickles, bacon and onions. Roll up and secure with skewers or string. Brown in butter.

4Place in roaster with small amount of water. Cover and bake until tender, about 1 1/2 hours at 375°.

5Make gravy with the broth and add sour cream before serving.
