1Take a fairly thin round steak and beat well with a meat cleaver.

2Cut into pieces approximately 2 1/2 x 6-inches.

3Spread mustard on one side of each piece.

4Put a long piece of dill pickle on each piece.

5Roll up and wrap with a piece of bacon.

6Secure with toothpick.

7Brown on low heat in skillet along with small, cut up onion.

8Add some tomato paste and hot water.

9Cover and simmer until done.

10You may thicken gravy with flour if you like.

11Serve with rice.
