- 1 to 3 lb. tenderized, boneless round steak
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. oil for frying
- garlic salt
- McCormick seasoned salt
- flour for dredging
Directions

1Slice the tenderized round steak into 2-inch strips.

2Season with the salts.

3Coat the strips with the flour.

4Heat oil in electric skillet to approximately 400° to 425°.

5Quickly fry the steak strips, browning well on each side in the hot oil.

6Try and only turn the pieces once while frying.

7Drain and cool on paper towels.

8When strips are cool enough to handle, cut in approximately 2-inch squares.

9Skewer the steak squares on toothpicks and serve with horseradish sauce for dipping.
