Name: Round Steak Barbecue
Ingredients: Approximately 3 lb. of round steak; 1/4 c. chopped onion; Garlic; 1 tsp. salt; 1/4 c. brown sugar; 1/8 tsp. pepper; 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce; 3 c. water or less if preferred; 1 8 oz. can of tomato sauce; 2 Tbsp. parsley

1/4 c. chopped onion
Garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
3 c. water or less if preferred
1 8 oz. can of tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. parsley

Spread steak with prepared mustard, flour and brown.

Combine ingredients, pour over steak and simmer 2 hours or until tender. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice or spaghetti squash.
