Ingredients
- 2 (1 lb) coffee cans, with lids
- 1 pkg fast acting yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 (13 oz) can evaporated milk
- 4 Tbsp cooking oil
- 4 - 4 1/2 cups flour
Directions

1Grease coffee cans and lids, or spray well with Pam.

2Dissolve yeast in water in large mixing bowl.

3Let sit for 5 minutes.

4Add sugar and salt, stirring well.

5Add milk and oil and stir well.

6Slowly add flour, mixing well.

7Dough will be thick and gooey.

8Spoon batter evenly into the two prepared coffee cans and lightly set lids on top.

9DO NOT SEAL THE LIDS!! Let rise until the lids fall off.

10Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
