  • 4 steaks 600g
  • 3 mayonaise dollops* Hellman's Real
  • 3 3/8 tablespoons semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Directions

    Heat the oil in a frying pan, season the steaks with the pepper and fry to your taste 2-3 mins each side for rare, 4 mins for medium and 6 mins for well done.

    Remove the steaks and keep warm. Add the onions and fry until golden brown.

    Add the milk and turn off the heat. Then add the Hellmann's and mix well.

    Serve immediately with the sauce poured over the steak.
