  • 1 ruby red grapefruit blood orange, or orange wedge
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar coarse red and/or
  • 2 cups blood orange juice fresh ruby red grapfruit, chilled
  • 1 cup tangerine or clementine-flavored vodka, chilled
  • 750 milliliters prosecco pink, chilled

Directions

    Rub the rims of 8 champagne glasses with the citrus wedge. Place sugar on a small plate. Dip the rims of the glasses in the sugar to coat. Set aside to dry.

    In a large pitcher, combine the juice and vodka. Slowly stir in the Prosecco. Serve in prepared glasses.
