  • 3 cups Vanilla Or Chocolate Wafer Crumbs
  • 3 Tablespoons Cocoa
  • 1/2 cups Ground Pecans Or Almonds
  • 1 cup Icing Sugar
  • 1/3 cubes Water
  • 3 Tablespoons Corn Syrup
  • 2 teaspoons Rum Extract

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

    Shape into 1-inch balls. Coat balls in whatever coating you wish (e.g. sprinkles, coconut, melted chocolate, icing sugar, etc.) or just leave them they way they are.

    These freeze amazingly well.
