  • 1/2 lb. vanilla wafers
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/4 c. rum
  • 1 c. nuts, chopped fine
  • confectioners sugar

Directions

    Roll vanilla wafers into crumbs; add sugar and cocoa and add nuts, syrup and rum.

    Blend until stiff.

    Shape into balls and let stand one hour.

    Roll in confectioners sugar and store in tightly closed container for at least three days before using.
