  • 29 vanilla wafers, crushed fine
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 3 Tbsp. Karo syrup
  • 4 Tbsp. rum

Directions

    Combine vanilla wafer crumbs, sugar, cocoa and pecans.

    Mix well.

    Combine Karo syrup and rum and pour over crumb mixture. Mix well.

    Shape into balls and roll in coconut.

    Store in covered container in refrigerator.
