  • 2 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers (50)
  • 2 c. finely chopped walnuts (8 oz.)
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/4 c. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. rum (light)
  • 1/4 c. light corn syrup

Directions

    Mix wafers, walnuts, powdered sugar and cocoa.

    Stir in rum and corn syrup. Roll in small balls.

    Roll into powdered sugar or chocolate shots.

    Refrigerate in tightly covered container for several days before serving.

    Makes approximately 5 dozen.
