- 6 oz. semi-chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. rum
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Karo syrup
- 10 oz. vanilla wafers, crushed in blender or food processor
Directions

1Melt chocolate in double boiler.

2Remove from heat.

3Add syrup and rum; set aside.

4In large bowl combine crushed wafers and sugar.

5Add chocolate mixture, mixing well.

6Refrigerate 1/2 hour. Roll in balls with powdered sugar.
