- 10 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. light rum
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. sugar
- maraschino cherries (optional)
- 1 pt. heavy cream
- 1 small pkg. vanilla pudding
- 1 small pkg. chocolate pudding
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Grease and flour tubular or angel cake type pan.

3Combine eggs and sugar in mixing bowl and mix at high speed with electric mixer for 20 minutes.

4Fold in flour. (Sprinkle small amounts of flour at a time with flour sifter and fold in.)

5Put batter into greased pan and bake for 50 minutes. When cake is cooled, remove from pan and cut into 3 layers.

6Set aside.
