- 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. dark rum
Directions

1Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan or Bundt pan.

2Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, oil and rum in large bowl.

3Beat at medium speed 2 minutes, stir in nuts.

4Pour into pan.

5Bake 1 hour at 325°.

6Cool in pan 15 minutes.

7Remove cake from pan to plate. Prick with cake tester or fork, and drizzle glaze over top and sides.

8Allow cake to absorb glaze.

9Repeat until all glaze is used.
