  • 1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix no pudding
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 1/2 c. rum
  • 1/2 c. veg. oil
  • 1/2 c. pecans

    Grease and flour a bundt cake pan.

    Sprinkle pecans in the bottom of pan.

    Mix all remaining ingredients and beat for two min at medium speed.

    Pour batter over nuts and bake in a preheated oven at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 min.

    Place on cake rack and leave in pan for 30 min.
