  • 1 c. whipping cream, whipped
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 c. rum
  • 1 c. crushed ice

Directions

    Pour hot coffee over ice cream; add honey to whipped cream. Fold into coffee-ice cream mixture.

    Add rum and crushed ice. Makes about 2 quarts.
