  • 1 cup nonfat milk
  • 14 cup dry milk
  • 18 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 teaspoon rum extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 12 teaspoons honey
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 1 dash nutmeg

Directions

    Combines milk, salt vanilla and rum extract in bowl and set aside.

    Combine egg and honey in separate bowl.

    Slowly add milk and blend well.

    Pour mixture into 2 ramekins.

    Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.

    Place cups in pan with 1 inch water.

    Bake 50 minutes at 325.
