  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 14 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 egg
  • 12 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons rum or 2 tablespoons rum flavoring
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 12 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Directions

    In a large bowl, mix all ingredients, except brown sugar.

    Beat for 1/2 minute.

    Fill 12 greased medium muffin cups 2/3 full.

    Sprinkle tops with brown sugar.

    Bake 15 minutes in a 400 degree oven.

    Serve warm.
