  • 8 ounces, weight Spreadable Cheddar Cheese (Room Temperature)
  • 1 envelope Ranch Dressing Mix (1 Ounce Package)
  • 1/4 cups Beer (I Just Use Any Light, Cheap Beer I Have On Hand)

    Mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese and ranch dressing mix.

    Add beer little by little until dip is smooth enough to dip.

    Serve cold with thick pretzel sticks.
