Ingredients
- 3 pcs. chicken legs
- 1 medium red onion, sliced
- 1 pc. Laurel leaf
- 1 Canola oil
- 1 sugar (optional)
- 1 semi-crushed black pepper corn
- 1 Maggi's Magic Sarap mix
- 3 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 slice of butter
- 5 psc. small lime
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
Directions

1Marinate chicken with garlic and calamansi.

2Set aside.

3In a sauce pan, pour Canola oil and set to medium heat.

4Fry the onions then add chicken.

5When chicken becomes slightly brown, pour the soy sauce and vinegar.

6Let it cook under low heat.

7Tore the Laurel leaf in half then pour it in with semi-crushed ground black pepper corn and Maggi's Magic Sarap mix.

8Add butter and let it simmer before adding sugar if desired.

9Serve while hot or serve the next day for the flavor to sink deep in the chicken.
