- 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 c. sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 c. raisins
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. rum flavored extract
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a large bowl, combine 1 cup sugar and remaining ingredients; stir until well blended.

3Spoon into a greased 8-inch square baking dish.

4Bake 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5Cool on a wire rack 10 minutes.

6Using damp hands, shape into 1-inch balls; roll in remaining sugar. Store in airtight container.
