Rum Raisin Bread Pudding

- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 3 Tbsp. rum (or a mini bottle)
- 4 c. bread cubes
- 1 c. raisins
- plain yogurt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Mix together the sugar, the butter and add the eggs.

3Mix well.

4Add the milk, nutmeg, and rum; stirring until well combined.

5Stir in the bread cubes and raisins.

6Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes and stir again.

7Pour into a 2 quart baking dish or pan.

8Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

9Serve with plain yogurt.
