- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. dark rum
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 can crushed pineapple
Directions

1Drain pineapple, pressing out 1 1/4 cups pineapple juice for cake.

2Cream sugar and butter; beat in eggs and vanilla.

3Combine flour, baking powder, soda, allspice and salt.

4Beat in flour mixture in thirds alternately with reserved pineapple juice and rum.

5Stir in pineapple, raisins and nuts.

6Spoon into well-greased Bundt pan at 350° for 55 minutes.
