  • 2 cans whole water chestnuts, cut in half
  • 1 lb bacon cut into 1/4 strips
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup bbq sauce (Open Pit)

Directions

    Wrap chestnuts in bacon and secure with toothpick. Drain off juice. Cook covered in foil for 30 at 350°F and then uncover for 15 minutes or until crisp.

    To make sauce mix sugar, mayo, and bbq sauce in small sauce pan and simmer for 3 minutes. Drizzle over chestnuts.
