- 1 can whole water chestnuts
- 5 oz. soy sauce (lite)
- 1 pkg. thin sliced bacon
- pineapple chunks (optional)
- chicken livers (optional)
Directions

1Drain chestnuts.

2Soak them in soy sauce 2 hours in refrigerator.

3(I put leftover soy sauce back in the bottle.) Wrap bacon around each chestnut with toothpick to hold in place. Place on ungreased cookie sheet in oven at 350° until bacon is crispy, 20 to 30 minutes.

4Serves 6.
