- 3 to 4 chicken breasts, boned, skinned and cut into 2-inch strips
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 small can frozen orange juice
- 1/2 c. rum
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. toasted, slivered almonds
Directions

1Arrange chicken in shallow baking dish.

2Combine butter, orange juice and rum and pour over chicken.

3Salt and pepper chicken. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

4Baste 2 or 3 times while cooking. Sprinkle with almonds before serving.
