Rummy Orange Chicken

  • 3 to 4 chicken breasts, boned, skinned and cut into 2-inch strips
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 small can frozen orange juice
  • 1/2 c. rum
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 c. toasted, slivered almonds

Directions

    Arrange chicken in shallow baking dish.

    Combine butter, orange juice and rum and pour over chicken.

    Salt and pepper chicken. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

    Baste 2 or 3 times while cooking. Sprinkle with almonds before serving.
