  • 34 cup brown sugar
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 8 ounces vanilla-flavored soy yogurt
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons 1% low-fat milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 12 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups oats
  • 1 cup dried craisin
  • 12 cup roasted almonds
  • 12 cup unsalted cashews
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350.

    Mix all ingredients.

    Put into a non-greased 9X13 pan and bake for 26 to 32 minutes.
