- 5 to 6 large potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish

1Cube potatoes and boil until tender, about 25 minutes.

2Saute onions in olive oil, using nonstick pan.

3Make sure onions are well browned.

4Mash potatoes and stir in onions and horseradish. Serve warm.
