  • 1 12 quarts beef broth
  • 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 6 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
  • 4 large beets, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup sliced carrot
  • 1 cup sliced onion
  • 1 cup cubed turnip
  • 1 cup cubed potato
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 tablespoons sour cream

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except salt, pepper and sour cream in slow cooker.

    Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
