  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. English walnuts

Directions

    Mix together eggs, sugar, pineapple and vanilla until blended. Add flour, soda and nuts. Mix well. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
