  • 1 jar pineapple-apricot preserves (12 oz.)
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1 small bottle Russian salad dressing
  • 1 bottle cooking wine
  • 1 whole chicken, cut up

Directions

    Marinate the chicken with all ingredients listed.

    Place in the refrigerator for one day. (The longer it marinates the better!)

    Bake, slowly, in oven at about 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
