- 4 chicken breast halves, skinned (can also use legs or thighs)
- 1 small bottle Russian dressing
- 1 small jar apricot preserves
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 small can sliced pineapple
Directions

1Place chicken in baking dish.

2Coat with apricot preserves and Russian dressing.

3Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken.

4Pour water into dish.

5Cover and bake 1 hour at 350°.

6Uncover and place pineapple slices on chicken.

7Finish baking, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
