  • 4 chicken breast halves, skinned (can also use legs or thighs)
  • 1 small bottle Russian dressing
  • 1 small jar apricot preserves
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 small can sliced pineapple

Directions

    Place chicken in baking dish.

    Coat with apricot preserves and Russian dressing.

    Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken.

    Pour water into dish.

    Cover and bake 1 hour at 350°.

    Uncover and place pineapple slices on chicken.

    Finish baking, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
