Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground sirloin
- 1 cup cracker crumb
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup tomato juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons shortening
- 2 (14 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chopped green peppers
- paprika
- 1 cup sour cream
Directions

1Combine ground sirloin through salt and make into balls the size of a golf ball.

2Heat shortening in skillet until hot.

3Roll meatballs in flour.

4Brown meatballs in shortening.

5When meatballs are all browned add stewed tomatoes and chopped green pepper. If more juice is needed, add more tomato juice.

6Simmer for 30 minutes.

7(The more juice, the more sauce. The sauce should be like stroganoff constancy.)

8Sprinkle with paprika and add sour cream.

9Cover and simmer 15 minutes longer.

10Eat with either white rice or egg noodles.
