  • 15 marshmallows (2/3 c. miniature equals 6 large)
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon or lime jello
  • 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c. can milk
  • 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 banana, diced

Directions

    Mix marshmallows, jello, water and cream cheese over medium heat, whipping to make smooth.

    Cool.

    Add remaining ingredients and stir well.

    Pour into 2-quart mold and refrigerate to set.
