- 2 onions
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms
- 1 can vegetarian steak or 1 lb. stew chunks or 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Saute onions and mushrooms in oil; set aside.

2Cut vegetarian steak in long finger-like strips and dip in brewer's yeast.

3Stew chunks could be dipped in brewer's yeast also.

4If using hamburger, brown and drain off fat.

5Add onions, steak or hamburger, mushrooms (juice from mushrooms and steak) and mushroom soup.

6Bring to a boil.

7Add sour cream.

8Serve over rice or noodles.
