- 4 qt. tea (medium strength)
- 6 oranges
- 4 lemons
- 2 or 3 cinnamon sticks
- 2 tsp. whole cloves
- 2 medium (No. 2) cans pineapple juice
Directions

1Simmer fruit rinds, cinnamon and cloves in 2 quarts water slowly for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.

2Strain and add to tea and fruit juices.

3Add 2 1/2 to 3 cups of sugar to suit taste. Makes enough for 25.
