Ingredients

  • 4 qt. tea (medium strength)
  • 6 oranges
  • 4 lemons
  • 2 or 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 tsp. whole cloves
  • 2 medium (No. 2) cans pineapple juice

Directions

    Simmer fruit rinds, cinnamon and cloves in 2 quarts water slowly for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.

    Strain and add to tea and fruit juices.

    Add 2 1/2 to 3 cups of sugar to suit taste. Makes enough for 25.
