  • 2 cups flour
  • 5/8 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 7 1/8 tablespoons margarine at room temperature
  • 1 7/8 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 7 2/3 tablespoons flour next time I'll use 40 grams of flour plus 20 grams of custard flour so it becomes more yellowish
  • 2 7/8 tablespoons margarine
  • 3 apples cut into thin slices, any kind
  • ground cinnamon

Directions

    Place all ingredients in the thermo mix's mixing bowl and mix for 15 sec., speed 5.

    Remove from the bowl and place on cling film.

    Wrap and put in the fridge for about 40-60 minutes.
