  • 1/2 cup (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1-3/4 cups fat-free milk
  • 6 cups cubed whole wheat bread (6 to 8 slices)
  • 2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, coarsely chopped

    Beat reduced-fat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended.

    Add egg whites and cinnamon; mix well.

    Gradually beat in milk.

    Spread bread cubes onto bottom of 8-inch square baking dish; top with chocolate and cream cheese mixture.
