- 2 c. wine
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 c. Certo fruit pectin
- few drops food coloring, if desired
Directions

1Mix wine and sugar in top part of double boiler.

2Place over boiling water.

3Stir until sugar is dissolved.

4Remove from heat. Stir in Certo (and food coloring, if desired) immediately.

5Pour into jelly glasses.

6Cover with 1/8-inch melted paraffin.

7Cover with lids when cool.
