- 2 qt. sliced cucumbers
- 3 medium green peppers
- 1/2 c. sliced onions
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. white vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix together in large bowl cucumbers, green peppers and sliced onions.

2Mix in saucepan sugar, white vinegar and salt until sugar melts.

3Add vegetables to mixture and boil 2 to 3 minutes.

4Pack in 1/2 pint jars.
