  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • 3 c. hot water
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. molasses
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 oz. caraway seed
  • 4 c. rye flour
  • white flour

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.

    Place in a large bowl. Mix rest of ingredients and add enough white flour to make a stiff dough.

    Bake about 375° to 400° until lightly brown.
